Hearty Congratulations to the winners who participated in Hindi Utsav 2017. Hindi Utsav Zonal Competition was held on Friday, November 24 2017 at Scholars Indian School, RAK. The National Level of the competition was held at Indian Consulate, Dubai on 9th December 2017. The performance by our students was praiseworthy. On the occasion of World Diabetes Day & World Children’s Day, RAK Hospital came up with 2nd Live Healthy Carnival on 25th November 2017 to create awareness in Diabetics coupled with good lifestyle habits, like regular health checks, good nutrition, exercise & fitness, managing stress and encouraging the adults and children to lead a healthy life. As a part of this event aimed fitness to promote fitness RAK Hospital organized ‘Health Quiz Competition’ for students of classes IV to IX and 'Healthy RAK Child Fashion Show' for students of classes IV to VIII. Krishna Kizhakkinkara of class VI A and Neha Vijith of class VIC won gold medal in the Quiz Competition.Kudos to the winners!
Microsoft Office Specialist Championship UAE 2017 examination was conducted on 25th April 2017. The test Categories were Word 2013, PowerPoint 2013, Excel 2013. 43, selected students of classes IX, X, XI attended the examination. The study materials were provided in their login id prior to the exam date. It was an Online Examination and could be taken from students respective Login IDs. Results of the Qualifying Round of Microsoft Office Specialist Championship UAE 2017 declared on Wednesday, 3rd May 2017 at 07:00 P.M. Master. Sukrish Gokulakrishnan of class IX A (Microsoft Excel 2013) has been selected for the MOS Championship-Semifinals. The Semi Finals was conducted on 13th May 2017 at IMG Worlds of Adventure – Dubai. The finals was held on Saturday, 20th May 2017, at The World Trade Center, Dubai.
Annual Mathematics Olympiad contest organized by All India School Teachers’ Association was held in January 2017. The objectives were to stimulate enthusiasm & a love for Mathematics & to provide the satisfaction, joy & thrill of meeting challenges. Eleven (11) genius from classes I, II & III, scored above 90% marks & were awarded with medals & certificates of recognition. Special appreciation for Miss. Aparna Rejith of class IVA & Master. Ryan Thomas Rajesh of class IIIE for their outstanding performance for the Third & Second consecutive years respectively. Hearty congratulations for all the winners & the teachers.
