Meeting between Parent Council and Student Council
On 13th July 2020, IPHS organized a meeting between the Parent Council members and main members of the Student Council through Zoom.
Mrs. Veena Santhosh, Parent Council Chairperson welcomed the gathering and also briefed the minutes of the last held meeting. Student Council leaders such as Head Boy, Assistant Head Boy, Head Girl, Assistant Head Girl, Sports Secretaries and Arts Secretaries gave a self-introduction to the Parent Council.
Mrs. Anubha Nijhawan, Principal, presented the report of the school which included academic and non-academic activities of IPHS from the month of April to July. She also announced AISSCE (2019-2020) class XII results.
During the meeting formation of a Sports Club for girls and installation of a vending machine in the school premises were discussed. Mrs. Priti Singh, Parent Council Secretary presented the vote of thanks.
Parent Council Formation 2020-21
The first council meeting was held on Saturday, 27th June, 2020 at 7:00 p.m in the Zoom App. The agenda was to select the Chairperson and Secretary. The council unanimously selected Mrs. Veena Santhosh as the Chairperson and Mrs. Priti Singh as the Secretary. Principal, Mrs. Anubha Nijhawan welcomed all the members, requested them to contribute their expertise and to support in the activities; and also to involve more parents for school activities as they are representatives of the parent community. Principal briefed on the roles and responsibilities of the members of the Parent Council. The Do‘s and Don’ts of the PC members were also enlisted.Vice Principal Dr. Annamma Mathew rendered her vote of thanks to the gathered members of the parent Council.
